Your two answers are probably quite different. On that horrifying day, we had a common enemy : the individuals who committed the 9/11 attacks. But today, it is no longer clear who the real enemy is.
Even as we send you this letter, our government is preparing to start another war with Iraq, corporate corruption is rampant, our civil liberties are being threatened, and millions of people have lost their jobs and their savings.
One year ago, AlterNet’s readership tripled as people tried to understand 9/11. Today, AlterNet is still here for you. We’re committed to keeping you up to date about your government, your health, your rights, your livelihood, and the current events that affect your life.
